ROGERS — The early morning sunshine beamed off their white suits as they stood next to the rock building. A few of the men worked to pry a piece of plywood away from one of the windows of the boarded-up house, their faces shadowed beneath hats and mesh veils. They carefully lowered the wood, and let the light shine in on a large, stirring hive of bees.
